We believe that fitness is not just about physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. We take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on nutrition, stress management, sleep hygiene, recovery, overall movement capability, and mindfulness in addition to exercise and nature therapy.
At Primate, the head coach is Elizabeth Montgomery. With qualifications including a Health Science Diploma, Certificate IV in Education, an Undergraduate Certificate in the History and Philosophy of Complementary Medicine, Certificate III & IV in Fitness, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and two ongoing Bachelor Degrees - experience as a volunteer in the Perth Children's Hospital Emergency Department, The State Emergency Service, and ongoing as a Bushfire Fighter - Collectively, prime content and reputable scholarly journal articles continues to be essential for a holistic approach to health and well-being within fitness and life!
